Camille is a development professional with 5+ years’ experience spanning recruitment, sales, and project management functions. As the senior operations associate, she leads SFL Scientific’s recruiting process while supporting sales & marketing, general operations, and overall development goals. In addition to the responsibilities Camille manages, she constantly is evaluating new ways to grow SFL Scientific’s people and culture practices to continue the cultivation of a dynamic and inspiring workplace.

Prior to joining SFL Scientific, Camille was responsible for a $500,000+ portfolio at the world’s leading non-profit, The American Red Cross, and managed its renowned Boston Marathon running team, Team Red Cross, which generated over $650,000+ annually. With a demonstrated track record of high volume, key account sales at the Boston Beer Company, and talent acquisition at Insight Global, Camille is a jill-of-all-trades dedicated to growing a company that makes a transformative difference in the world.

While she is not working to build SFL Scientifics talented team, you can find her volunteering at the local food bank, sitting front row for any Boston sports team, or in the kitchen crafting up specialty cakes as her side hobby.
